what   is   circle?

Circle has been a way for humans to gather purposefully throughout millennia. A sacred act, meaning we come in reverence and respect of the time we are giving ourselves and each other
It is a space to practice what it means to trust each other and also trust that our expressions and experiences stay in circle,  honouring confidentiality.
Circle has no beginning and no end, we all sit together as equal, we are witnessing and being witnessed how we make a step into complete authenticity, dropping our masks and sharing vulnerably
Coming into circle is connecting not just through our words but also through our silences is a deep remembering of ourselves and how we mirror and indeed are nature
'When sit in circle together the answers we reached not by logic but rather through an experience... a realisation'
WHY I CIRCLE?

I circle because I want to give back.
I want to trust you and for you to trust me
because I believe we are one and in coming together we are able to see other parts of ourselves
I believe connection with all can start with connection with my-self
with continued and committed work with self
I circle because I believe we need to remember our connection with nature, because we are nature and circles is the language of nature
because I believe a new consciousness is emerging with new fully integrated parts like that of the divine feminine/masculine
I circle because I believe circling will bring PEACE

' Without a clear connection to our instincts and feelings, we cannot feel our connection and sense of belongings to this earth, to a family, or anything else.
Herein lie the roots of trauma. Disconnection from our felt sense of belonging leaves our emotions floundering in a vacuum of loneliness. It leaves our rational minds to create fantasies based on disconnection rather than connection. These fantasies compel us to compete, make war, distrust one another, and undermine our natural respect for life. If we do not sense our connection with all things, then it is easier to destroy or ignore these things.'
Peter Levine in Waking the Tiger, Healing Trauma
