Insprired by the book 'Moon Mother, Moon Daughter' by Janet Lucy and Terri Allison, I'm inviting you mother to come together with other mothers and daughters once a month to explore and share stories, games and each other.
Holding ourselves and our daughters in their journey to blossoming and finding themsleves. We currently have a group coming together with girls from 9 to 14.

On Session 4 we look at: Honouring your body and celebrating menstruation
We start with gratitude and reminder of our three agreements then we weave in myths, games and sharing. Each session we build on our previous conversations.
First session: Living by the moon, the seasons, the directions and the map of womanhood.
Second session: Spending time alone and awakening inner wisdom & intuition.
Third session: Exploring your dreams, expressing creativity and finding your voice

Please let me know if you like to share or bring something to add to our conversation, a small craft, activity, game or story. We all get to share our own wisdom.
